DESCRIPTION
KEMEX "ABC" Dry powder is multipurpose; Mixture of
Mono Ammonium
Phosphate and Ammonium Sulphate based Dry Chemical Powder.
KEMEX “ABC” DCP is treated with flow promoting and
moisture repellent
additives during manufacturing. The special KEMEX manufacturing
process and
quality control system ensures that the purchaser will receive a
powder that is cost
efficient with maximum fire extinguishing performance, versatility
and storage stability.
APPLICATION
KEMEX ABC Dry powder introduced directly to area of fire of
Class B type fire, it
causes the fire to go out by interfering with the chemical chain
reaction of combustion
& applied to a Class A type fire, the particles fused and swell up
to form a barrier
(coating) which eliminates oxygen and thereby completes the
extinguishing process
and prevents re-ignition.
KEMEX ABC DCP is most suitable for use on combination fires
involving
Class A, B or C type fires together.
